Winnie Chan is the CEO & Founder of Bynd Artisan, an experiential retail concept that collaborates with artistic talents, personalises paper and leather accessories and runs crafting workshops. Founded in 2014, Bynd artisan is the modern twist of her grandfather’s traditional bookbinding business in the 1940s. Building on the craftsmen’s years of experience on the production floor, Winnie revitalises their roles, giving them a new lease of life by training them to multitask as both craft artisans and sales staff. She envisions the brand to inspire not just her team of craftsmen but also to reach out to the new generation via this tactile concept for which many have forsaken in the digital age.
An Economics graduate from University of California, Berkeley, Winnie has been instrumental in implementing new initiatives for Bynd Artisan’s branding, administration, human capital and manufacturing processes. A staunch supporter of local brands and talents, Winnie is dedicated in her quest to make a difference by engaging young talents and budding entrepreneurs through collaborations and sharing her experiences and bringing like-minded individuals together.

Arrif is the Founder/CEO of Asia’s premiere online restaurant reservation service Chope. Through Chope, diners can make reservations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world. With over 2,000 restaurants partners regionally Chope is committed to making restaurant dining and discovery easier than ever before. Prior to founding Chope, Arrif worked in management consulting and private equity and obtained an MBA from Stanford GSB.

Selena is Head of Treasury Research & Strategy at OCBC Bank. She is responsible for Treasury market research, forecasts and trading recommendations for the bank, covering fixed income, interest rates, corporate credit, foreign exchange, and macroeconomic commentary. She is a member of the OCBC Wealth Panel and the Economic Society of Singapore.
Her research writings have been extensively quoted and published by prominent media such as Business Times, Straits Times, Today newspaper, Asia Money Magazine, The Edge magazine, Bloomberg, Dow Jones, ThomsonReuters and Agence France-Presse newswires, as well as televised media including CNBC, Bloomberg, Channel NewsAsia etc.

Pearl Yu is Director of HR and Marketing at Keystone Cable, where she is responsible for the company’s brand strategy and human capital developments. Established in 1990, Keystone Cable is a leading Singapore-based cable manufacturer and supplier for industries such as Building & Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Data Communications.
Prior to Keystone Cable, Pearl was with Roche Pharmaceuticals on a global rotation program with roles in Global Marketing and Sales Analytics, as well as with the Singapore Economic Development Board, where she focused on bringing in Medical Technology foreign direct investments into Singapore.
Pearl has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Ms Helen Campos LL. B(Hons), London is the co-founder and Managing Director of MC Corporate Services Pte. Ltd (MCCS), one of Singapore’s top four corporate secretarial firms. She established HC Consultancy Pte Ltd (HCCS) in 2008 as a business advisory consultancy to complement MCCS.
Helen brings with her over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, trusted consultant, chartered secretary and thought leader.
She is currently a Director on the board of the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SICCI), one of the country’s most respected business organizations. She was the recipient of the Singapore Indian Business Leaders award in 2016.
Helen is also the Chairperson of the SME Centre @ SICCI, which is an advisory arm for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and an initiative by SPRING Singapore. In addition, she is the Chairperson of the Women’s Entrepreneurs’ Network, SICCI (WEN).
Her wealth of experience and leadership also sees her directorship in the audit committee of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) and the SME Infocomm Adoption Committee of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).
Helen was a Partner in the Corporate and Securities as well as the Head of Corporate Secretarial practice of KhattarWong LLP, one of Singapore’s largest law firms.

Samir is a Partner at EY in People Advisory Services, Singapore. He has extensive consulting experience and has worked with several organizations in the areas of business strategies linked to people-organization dynamics across ASEAN. His experience includes all aspects of human resources consulting, particularly in the areas of:

Prior to joining EY, he had worked with Aon Hewitt and Coca-Cola. Samir is also an Adjunct Professor at Singapore Management University teaching Performance Management and Compensation.

Mr Sam Chee Wah, General Manager of Feinmetall Singapore has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. From a humble start-up of 5 employees in 2007, he has grown the company to its current size of 47 employees. Feinmetall Singapore has propelled from a small repair centre to a leading one-stop turnkey design, manufacture, testing and service centre for semiconductor wafer probe card.
He led the company to be the proud recipient of various business awards like Enterprise 50 Award, Singapore Sustainability Award, Asean Business Award, International Business Award, SMF Sustainable Growth Award and EYA Enterprise of the Year. In 2015, Mr Sam led Feinmetall Singapore to implement the Business Excellence framework and honoured as the first wafer probe card company to receive the Singapore Quality Class certification.

Siang Tiong is the Channel and SMB Sales Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Singapore. He is responsible for building the channel ecosystems, and the sales into the non-named enterprise market segment in Singapore.
Over the past 25 years, Siang Tiong has held several leadership roles, spanning strategy, business development, channel development, sales and technical positions in Singapore and across Asia Pacific. He has also led the coverage of strategic accounts in the financial sector and defence and homeland security sector and contributed to Singapore Infocomm Development Authority’s 5th Infocomm Technology Roadmap.

As the government agency driving Singapore’s external economy, IE Singapore spearheads the overseas growth of Singapore-based enterprises and promotes international trade. Ivan’s Group assists Singapore-based companies in exporting to and investing in the Southeast Asian region. IE Singapore’s overseas centres in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bangkok, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Yangon, Manila and Sydney comes under his charge. Mr Edmund Tsai is the Chief Executive and Co-founder of Magnum Sprits & Wine. As CE, he is responsible for the overall strategic planning, management, and business development, monitoring the development and performance of the Magnum’s operations, driving the operational efficiency of work processes and identifying new opportunities for expansion. In particular, Mr Tsai spearheads Magnum’s brand management and marketing strategy. Mr Tsai has more than 21 years of experience in the alcoholic beverages industry and began his career as a sales manager in Remy Cointreau Singapore and subsequently established Netherlands company, Allied Domecq International, a production, distribution, and sale of spirits and wines company, as marketing manager.

Jamie graduated with a dual EMBA degree from UCLA-NUS. She is the oldest of 3 children and joined the family business in 2004. As Regional Marketing Director, Jamie spearheads Scanteak’s regional branding initiatives, manages overseas franchises, and oversees Scanteak Singapore’s business operations.
With her first job in Hollywood, Jamie made the switch from marketing films, to marketing the local furniture brand, Scanteak, in 2004. By 2006, the number of Scanteak showrooms had also doubled across the region.

Under Jamie’s influence, Scanteak has won several brand awards, such as the Promising Brand Award (2005), CitiBusiness – SPBA Regional Brand Award (2006, 2013), SuperBrands (2009), the Singapore Good Design Award (2015), the Good Design Award (Japan) (2015), the IPOS Award for Design Innovation (2015) and the President’s Design Award Singapore (2015).
In 2010, Scanteak’s Taiwan operations became publicly listed in Taiwan. Scanteak Japan has been expanding steadily and in Singapore, Scanteak has 14 showrooms. The brand now has over 140 showrooms worldwide and is one of the biggest furniture retailers in Singapore and Taiwan.
Jamie is the winner of the JCI TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World) Singapore Award 2012, and she currently serving as a member on the Council of Skill, Productivity and Innovation, a council mooted by the government which advices on nation level initiatives.
